Happiness is elusive. One day you have it and the next you're looking for it wondering where it went and how to get it back. Today a friend told me she won't get out of bed in the morning unless she takes her happy pills. They're the only thing she knows of that placate her.
There has to be a better way. I mean, I know some people really need drugs to fix imbalances in their chemistry, but for the rest of us, let's try to manufacture some of our own happy.
